Usage: 1 Year Digital

Terms: TERM: party non-downloadable One (1) year from first use in any media; with the exception of non-paid digital media and third sites where term is in perpetuity. Option to renew a second year at rate + 20%.

ANTICIPATED USE/MEDIA: Social and Internet (paid and unpaid, including but not limited to YouTube pre-roll, digital, social (including OTT / Streaming, CTV i.e. Hulu, Roku, etc) New Media, Industrial (including but not limited to conventions, in-store/POS, trade shows, industry events, public spaces), OOH, Print (including stills captured o r pulled from video) and PR

TERRITORY: Texas for Paid Media, Industrial, OOH, in-store/POS; Worldwide for Internet (including but not limited to digital, social, OTT/Streaming, CTV), New Media and PR.

EXCLUSIVITY: On demand food service companies
